Hi all,
I'm wondering if it's possible to to have thresholds to escalate alerts if it's breached for a service represented by a Dynamic CI Group.
Example:
Dynamic CI group is made up of;
Server 1
Server 2
Server 3
Server 4
If an alert comes in for server 1 it stays at respective severity
if a secondary alert comes in for server 2, 3, or 4 it would increase the severity of the alert itself?
Thanks

Hi @Hannah Jones ,
Hope thinking about Service Impact, rather than change severity. Severity comes from events, that become to alerts.
Severity impact is related to services, not alerts.
You can create 2 Dynamic CI Groups, one for Critical Servers, and other for Non Critical Servers.
Adjust application impact for the Critical Dynamic CI group to Critical, for all severities. For Non Critical Servers, keep application impact as default.
Please mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped.
Kindest Regards,
