Unable to configure Check. Definitions for ACC

I have ACC installed in one of windows server and it reflecting under agents in servicenow sn_agent_cmdb_ci_agent table. UNABLE to configure or no options to add CONFIGURED CHECKS. as per attached screenshot it is 0 hence the CI is not reflecting in insights explorer for metrics collections ? Any help or guidance please?

 

MID server is configured with ACC listener, Metric intelligence all prerequisites.

There is zero, because not any check match the condition to run on that ACC Agents.

Go and see [sn_agent_check_def_list] Check list. 

How to match the conditions of ACC Agents?

 

I have windows and linux ACC installed and its reflecting under Agents, what do i need to configure/Match to enable insights explorer shows metrics? Also in the check definition table how to match it to Agents?

I think to use metric you need to have "Agent Client Collector Monitoring" plugin installed. 

Acc Monitoring, Framework, Visibility all plugins are already installed and upgraded to Washington version last saturday so no issues with plugins.
