Unable to configure Check. Definitions for ACC

I have ACC installed in one of windows server and it reflecting under agents in servicenow sn_agent_cmdb_ci_agent table. UNABLE to configure or no options to add CONFIGURED CHECKS. as per attached screenshot it is 0 hence the CI is not reflecting in insights explorer for metrics collections ? Any help or guidance please?

 

MID server is configured with ACC listener, Metric intelligence all prerequisites.

OK, so you have to define a Policy [sn_agent_policy], which will make a logic when to run (under which condition) and what check to use. 😉

4 policies are already enabled please check screen shot. But here how/where to make logic when to run?

Hi,

 

can you try to to test check for OOB 4 definitions that you pasted earlier? See if that is returning any result. if the OOB checks are also not running then something is wrong with the agent deployed in terms of communication or any pre requisite not working.
