Unable to configure Check. Definitions for ACC

I have ACC installed in one of windows server and it reflecting under agents in servicenow sn_agent_cmdb_ci_agent table. UNABLE to configure or no options to add CONFIGURED CHECKS. as per attached screenshot it is 0 hence the CI is not reflecting in insights explorer for metrics collections ? Any help or guidance please?
MID server is configured with ACC listener, Metric intelligence all prerequisites.

When i do test check from Agent it is giving results but when i do test check from check definition or policy it does not return results.

okay.. have a look at below docs page once if that helps..
if it shows success on agent page then that should suffice ideally... can u maybe re-start the agent service and see if there are any changes and i hope the MID server, web socket connection and agent is in UP state.
