Unified Node Map + ITOM Service Hierarchy

I tried the Unified Node Map in the CMDB Workspace today. I was excited to hopefully see a fully connected map of  CIs that went beyond showing just the Relationships. I wanted to start at the top of the ITOM Service Hierarchy so I searched for and brought up the "All" Service Group which connects to all CIs in all environments. What I got was just a single node (the "All "Service Group), but none of its child connections to the environment service groups(Prouction,Dev,QA,...).

Next, I tried the Production service group which has child service groups which in turn have child Application Services for the whole production environment. Again, I got just a single node.  I tried lower level service groups, but could not get any lower in the hierarchy.

I then tried an Application Service which displayed more of what I was expecting, but it still didn't show its upstream connections to a its Service Group.

I then tried the same CIs with my Washington DC PDI, but got the same results.

Am I missing a setting that will enable the ITOM Service Hierarchy to be included in the map?

Do you have any filters set on the map? Are you searching through all levels or just level 1?
