I'm trying to use ${URI_REF} in my client templates for notifications but instead of displaying the Ticket number as a hyperling it displays the full URL. I have set the body dictionary entry to HTML and that has not worked. I read a couple of other posts about changing something to display the value but for the life of me I can't figure out where or how to do that. Not even sure thats the issue but I want to try.
Anyone else have some ideas or explanations about this.
Cheers and thanks ahead of time. Slowly I'm picking this up. You guys are a lot of help.

<<<<<<<UPDATE>>>>>>>
This seems to work with email notifications. It's failing when I use it in the Client email template. Is there a difference between how those two interpret URI_REF ?

Hi Joshua,
If you writing it in email templates, best approach is to use notification scripts and have it called from the template by a mail script.

It only works in my templates when using it in the HTML message block.. never in the text. At least there's a workaround for us. Hope this information helps you as well.
