Using Granular Delegation in Portal view

Is it possible to use a granular delegate widget via the portal? I currently see the ability to use delegation via the portal, however it is the standard delegation. I am able to see granular delegation in ESC. Wondering how I can see this same option in the portal? The correct plugins are installed. Delegation Rules/Delegation Rule Tables are setup for testing this process. 

Side question... Has anyone been successful at using granular delegation for a workflow process? If not, was there another customization used?

With the granular delegation plugin the "Granular Delegation List" widget should get added. That widget appears I believe only on the hri_user_profile page, and will only show after the tables/rules have been activated. So you may need to add it to the profile page you are using or setup a page route map. We did also add the widget to the homepage and works fine there as well.
