Hello all. We currently have a few WebSeal servers in our environment and have properly configured the instance to allow for HTTP Classification and have configured the credentials (basic auth) appropriately. the pattern launches successfully and seem to be pulling all the data. It fails at the end of the pattern in the section identification engine payload errors stating "validation error: cmdb_ci_isam_server: missing mandatory fields: serial_number".
we are currently not able to obtain a serial number by using the out of box pattern for IBM Webseal. Our identification rules contain a requirement to have a serial number for the ISAM Server class.
Based on what I have read in IBM documentation, there are no serial numbers out of the box. Has anyone been able to successfully obtain serial numbers for ISAM Servers?
If not, do we need to modify our identification rules to not require serial numbers for the ISAM Class?
