The value add here is in ServiceNow's workflows and governance, where you can establish several types of policies and approvals. Today lot of customers struggle with cost overruns, incorrect configuration, security needs not met, and a lack of tags. All this gets done with ServiceNow workflows in CSC (erstwhile CPG/CMP).
