If you're planning to complete the ServiceNow ITOM course and are unsure which modules to study, I recommend following this learning path:

1. CMDB & CSDM: CI classes, relationships, CMDB Health and IRE.
2. Discovery: MID Server, credentials, Discovery schedules, probes, sensors and patterns.
3. Service Mapping: Application Services, top-down discovery, service dependencies and service maps.
4. Event Management: Events, alerts, correlation, alert grouping and event-to-incident integration
5. Orchestration: Flow Designer, automation and automated remediation.

Start with CMDB and CSDM, followed by Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.

Have you passed CIS- Data Foundation certificate as CIS- DF is prerequisite of CIS- Discovery.

To do CIS - Discovery,

•  Always RELY on fundamental course document only in Servicenow University.

  Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery (CIS-DISCO) 

• Check the exam syllabus from : KB0011545 Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery (CIS-DISCO) Mainline Exam Blueprint 
• Do practice with mock questions and ensure you are marking correct answer
• If you stuck anywhere, revisit Discovery fundamental course.
• Once you are confident, Go for exam.
