Use Case:-

We all know that Agent workspace provides  next experience to all  agents. When i am configuring Agent workspace i found there is no Add button for Affected CI’s Related Lists in Outage Table Record. But we can find the edit button in Affected CI’s Related List  in Native UI. So I thought of sharing with you all how we can exactly achieve this.

Solution:-

  1. Login as System Administrator

  3. Click on New.

This looks to be for ITSM Agent Workspace which has been superseded by SOW (Service Operations Workspace). This method does not work for SOW, however there is an Add OOB for this.
EDIT: Finally got this to work, only when I created a client action using Insert and Stay from an existing one. Otherwise, it wouldn't work.
