Change Request Maintenance schedules

Hello,

After hearing the same requirement from multiple customers :), I've finally decided to develop it and share it in case it helps.

Under the link below, a small update set when installed, it adds a related list in the change request form to display maintenance schedules that are applicable to the change and that have future items.

I would like to request maintenance schedules from system owners but in our organization we have over 900 systems that requires maintenance schedules and I am trying to find an automated way of requesting through ServiceNow with out sending out 900 different emails. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
