Configuring the columns and its order of the list of a table in the List Layout in Workspace view will be displayed only when we click on the list/module in Agent Workspace.

When we are searching for something(May be Change Request, Incident, Case, RITM, SCTask, etc) using global search, it will not display the columns which we have configured in Workspace view.

To configure the display of columns and their order in global search results:

There is a view "Text_search"In this view we need to configure the order and required columns to display in the global search results in Agent Workspace.

If there is no view for any table, then create a new view with the name "Text_search" and configure the list layout.
