Hello,
I'm trying to strictly limit the access of our vendors through the vendor portal workspace so that vendors will only see their company and their relating contracts. Currently users (vendors) are able to see other vendors in the vendor table through the vendor portal. Our developers claim there is no way to create ACL's to limit access for each vendor specifically. Is there any way to limit access of the portal down to the vendors specific portal, without scripting?
And if scripting is the only option, could it potentially impact licensing that's required for the vendor users?

I'm trying to see why the KPI scores are not correct, I have no idea how or where these scores that are displayed on the workspace are kept or calculated, I see the jobs, but where is the data kept? I did not set this up, but am in charge of finishing the implementation, so I have not been through all of the tables

Hi @wingetc , thanks for posting! KPI Scores are generally collected and stored in the Performance Analytics database and can be viewed in the Analytics Hub. That being said, many customers also source data from external databases so it really depends on how the indicators were implemented. Hi all,
Maybe hijacking the post here. We are currently setting up Vendor Management but does not ge any Success Indicator Results in the sn_app_insights_result table and therefore some of the components on the Vendor Management Workspace are blank. The scheduled jobs has been run and we have inputs.
Do you know what data/setup is required to successfully get Success Indicator Results?
