The Value Acceleration pillar of ITSM Product Management Team recently conducted a Launch and Learn series. The Launch and Learn is a series of calls hosted by the ITSM Product Management Team where in each session we focused on a different product with the goal of giving customers more context into why the feature was built, how it functions, and why it is important.
The series includes these 7 sessions:

Deep dive into the solution, Success Dashboard and how it helps you in measuring the value of your ITSM implementation at your organization. - Session 3: Success Dashboard - Insights into the performance of the processes defined at your organization using OOB Operational Success dashboards (Watch)
Deep dive into the solution, Operational Success dashboard and how it helps in measuring the performance of ITSM workflows and processes defined at your organization. Learn how your OOB ITSM dashboards help you track metrics that matters the most to you and your leadership. Improve metrics by leveraging insights around process bottlenecks, analytics insights, and benchmark insights available on the out-of-the-box dashboard. - Session 4: Benchmarks - what they are and how you stack up to your peers (Watch)
Learn how ServiceNow Benchmarks provides immediate visibility into your Service Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and trends, giving you comparative insights relative to peers and the top performers in your industry segment. - Session 5: Continual Improvement Management - how this can drive the insights from success dashboards and benchmarks into action (Watch)
Manage and drive improvement initiatives by leveraging Continual Improvement Management.
