Improved the search experience for customers.
Last time we looked at Agent Assist in Orlando.
What's new at a glance in Paris:
- Turn off the result preview navigation buttons
- Order / Submit / Request a Catalog Item
- Dynamic filtering for Catalog Items
Turn off the result preview navigation buttons
It is now possible to turn off the result preview navigations buttons in the Table Configuration. These buttons allow you to quickly move between results without returning to the list.
The result preview navigations are enabled by default.
Note: In Paris, the result preview navigation buttons have been moved to the bottom of Agent Assist.
Order / Submit / Request a Catalog Item
As well as Order (the default), Agent Assist now supports the Portal Settings > Request Method for a Catalog Item, so your catalog administrator can decide whether to Order, Submit or Request a catalog item and that will be reflected in the Agent Assist actions.
Dynamic filtering for Catalog Items
Dynamic filtering (aka) filter conditions is how your administrator can narrow the search results based on values from the form.
In Orlando your administrator could configure dynamic filtering for:
- Knowledge using values on the form or record producer
- Additional resources using values on the form
In addition to this, in Paris your administrator can configure dynamic filtering for Catalog Items using values on the form or record producer.
For example:
- Filter by the selected category
- Filter by category and for items with zero cost
