A notification is not triggering whenever a user self-assigns a ticket, but will trigger when.......

Good afternoon.!
A notification is not triggering whenever a user self-assigns a ticket to himself but will trigger when assigned to someone else.
What might be the issue?
For INC, it works, but for SCTASK, it does not work., although the same conditions are defined in both the notifications.

Please set "Send to Event Creator" as True and see in Who will receive

No Ankur. I tried, send to event creator, it is not working.

none of the users who are assigning the ticket to themselves are getting email?

OR is it only for some users?
