Ability to restrict multiple choice answers in survey question?

I'm creating a survey that includes a question type of 'Multiple Choice'. The business wish to restrict the number of choices a user can make to 3 only (there are 15 options to select from).

Is there a way to put this restriction on? So far I am working in the Survey Designer and have just put text asking for 3 choices only, as I cannot see a way to mandate the maximum allowable number.

Not there is no such setting in the product. A workaround, could be to ask this question as type "Ranking" and ask users to select their top 3 choices. Now they will have 15 options to choose from but they will only select top 3. Hope that helps, meanwhile i will take this feedback to our PM.
