ACL restriction for one assignment group to only members

I have a requirement to restrict incidents assigned to group "Network" to only network group members.

I tried this ACL. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong because when I impersonate someone not in network I can read/ update/ write on the incident etc.

On the list of the table you have selected in the table field BR. Let say I have written this script for Incident table so here is the info message on the top when I open the incident list

no not fixed but I was away for a couple of days. There is no message in Incidents at all.

I suspect there is some issue with BR configurations, can you share me the screenshot of BR configuration?

My solution on the other thread is accepted and worked well.
