- Issue Description: The change flow deactivation was successful, but reactivation is currently unsuccessful despite being out-of-the-box (OOTB) in the Vancouver release.
- Request for Assistance: Seeking help and guidance on how to successfully activate the change flows.
I successfully deactivated the OOTB change flows in the Vancouver release, but I am encountering difficulties in activating them. I would appreciate assistance on the process to reactivate these change flows.

from my experience I did same in my PDi and i did not find any way to reactivate this and at last I reset my PDI. In you are in same boat , reset is good option or if official instance, log a Now Support case.
