Activity Details in Data Table from Instance Definition is not in synced with native record

Hi Experts,

The activity details are not in synced with the native record. There are three updated on the activity stream but in portal widget called "Data Table from Instance Definition" is not showing any updated of the activity stream under activity section.

Note: Scope is not global it is under custom app scope.
