Hi,
We are trying to automate creating users in AD. We have also recently created a new midserver as well. We are having issues with access according to the logs. We are able to successfully lookup users though so from my understanding it can’t be an issue with the midserver.
These are the messages I am getting with different flow actions:
Lookup user
Update user
Create user
According to our correspondent on the AD side, we have a domain account set up with all the roles needed. Does anyone know if the issue could be elsewhere?
Many thanks for the help

In the connection https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-integrate-applications/page/administer/integrationhub-... is the host your are connecting to a Global Catalog server? I remember something like that when I was doing password reset that I had do update the password in AD on a Server that was as a Global Catalog.

Hello @Jack62
If you’re looking to streamline and automate user creation across systems, a tool like Exalate could help. It facilitates seamless integration and data synchronization between platforms, ensuring processes like AD automation work smoothly.
For your problem, I believe it is because of permission misconfiguration.
