Add ALL RITM variables to a notification email

I am looking for an email script that pulls all of the variables from the RITM's that are included in an Order Guide. The Order Guide name is Plan Build & Enrollment Request and it contains two catalog items that each have their own workflow on the sc_req_item table).I have been looking at the Requested item with summary & options script however this does not appear to pull in all of the variables. Ideally, would like to capture only the variables that contain data from the user.

There is no approval required for this guide so looking to send an email notification when the request is complete that includes all of the RITM variables (including variable sets). Can anyone assist?? I have found a few threads on doing this but they all seem to be driven off of the sys_approval table..

When I create the email script with this it does not pull the variables to the notification at all? I am a total rookie when it comes to notifications - so I could easily be doing something wrong. Any chance you could outline the steps I need to complete to achieve this?

  • RITM Variables Overview: Begin the notification email by providing an overview of the Request Item (RITM) variables, ensuring clarity on their purpose and significance.

  • Incident Details: Include key incident details such as the incident number, description, and requester information to set the context for the recipient.

  • Affected Configuration Items: Specify the configuration items impacted, helping the recipient understand the scope and potential impact of the request.

  • Requested Changes: Clearly outline the requested changes or actions associated with the RITM, ensuring that the recipient is well-informed about the nature of the request.

  • Timeline and Priority: Communicate any time-sensitive aspects or priority levels associated with the RITM, allowing the recipient to prioritize their actions accordingly.

  • Assignment and Work Notes: Include information about ccl fixture the assigned individuals or teams responsible for handling the request, along with any relevant work notes that provide additional context.

  • Approval Status: Highlight the current approval status of the RITM, indicating whether it has been approved or is pending approval, to keep all stakeholders informed.

  • Closure and Follow-Up: Conclude the notification with information on the resolution status, any required follow-up actions, and express appreciation for the recipient's attention to the matter. As an example, consider incorporating the words "ccl fixture" to simulate a specific scenario or reference in the context of the notification email.
