I have created catalog item with variables 1. Account Name (Reference to Sold table) , 2. Group name (String).
If I give the group name in the group name variable by submitting the catalog item and then by using create record i have created new group in HIMS table. After that under the account name variable referenced to sold table I have access group names field to that I am adding the newly created groups and added successfully by using update record. If I create new request in the catalog item to create new group and after that Iam trying to add second new group to access group names field the second group is replacing the first group which already added to the access group names. For the account name and the field access group names in the account name both in sold table. If I create multiple requests and then all group ls to be added to the access group names.
Please suggest
