ADD Label /Instruction type field on incident form

Hello All,

We want to add a label/instruction type field on the incident form we have tried with annotation but the annotations are not visible on the portal view.

Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Shruti,

If you are asking about annotations for catalog item variables, you should try as shown in the image below.

It is working for both Native UI and Service Portal as shown in the images below.

Yes, for the catalog item variable it's working, but we want to add an incident form.
if we add annotation on the incident form it's not visible on the portal view while creating an incident.
