Adding fields in 'Lookup selectox' variabale in service catalog

Hi Team,

How to add 'Name' , 'Location', 'Email' fields to be visible in 'Lookup selectbox' variable in Service catalog form

Any screen shot? Look like you need to add attribute values only.

you can add the fields in Lookup label as comma separated

See output: when user types they will see details from other fields as well
