Adding tab to dashboard with hyperlinks to reference material

Hello

i I have a request from a client they have an existing dashboard with widgets etc

they want to add a TAB which lists urls/hyperlinks to internal wiki sites etc (non ServiceNow tables) these urls/hyperlinks all users can get to once clicked..

I have only created reports/widgets off ServiceNow tables so I’m not sure if this is even possible 

any help greatly appreciated!
