We want to add a text instruction to the regular ticket view but it's not displaying. We need to have it as part of the container with Ticket Conversations as the user needs to click on this area to give it focus for the Cut and Paste solution we've added to work.
I tried creating a simple widget and adding it in,
but it doesn't display at all. No errors that I can see, and when I inspect the code for the page there's just nothing there like some other process decides to just ignore it entirely before the page code is generated. Is there a better way to do this? Or a way to make this work?
