Addinga second email address for users to send emails to ServiceNow

I want to setup a second email for users to send emails to ServiceNow for a rollout we are doing. I have created the internal address and I've put a forward on to service-now.com and added an MX entry in SNow for it to point to my DEV instance but the SNow server isn't accepting the email.

 

Any ideas please?

I am getting the following error:

Recipient address rejected: Invalid mailbox domain
