After clone from Prod to Dev, I am not able to see Email logs (sys_emails) table

HI Developers,

Recently i did a clone activity from Prod to Dev, clone has been completed successfully. 

I have created few incidents and approval requests but emails logs are not showing in 'sys_email' table.

After cloning in Dev instance email logs (sys_email) table is not showing logs.

I checked my email properties is enabled.

can any one help me what is the issue.

the reason is, that in the OOTB configuration that table is excluded from cloning:

after cloning i triggered few emails but in logs it doesn't show the emails.

 

How to enable email logs in Dev.  help me on this.

Check whether notifications are enabled 

Also check whether users have notification enable (there is a field in user table called notification, it should have value enabled)

HI @suvro ,

I checked users list view notification is enabled. notifications are aslo enabled.
