After clone from Prod to Dev, I am not able to see Email logs (sys_emails) table

HI Developers,

Recently i did a clone activity from Prod to Dev, clone has been completed successfully. 

I have created few incidents and approval requests but emails logs are not showing in 'sys_email' table.

After cloning in Dev instance email logs (sys_email) table is not showing logs.

I checked my email properties is enabled.

can any one help me what is the issue.

Check the sys_email_account table, whether all configurations are correct. Compare with Prod

Sometime problem is with SMTP Server

Checked email Accounts SMTP and Pop connections are working.find_real_file.png

Then I guess raise a HI Ticket, something may got missing during the clone

Was there any update , did you get the emails after clone completion.
