Allow local users (not in AD) to login when SSO is enabled

Hello.
Configured SSO on my instance which is working. However, if we have "local user" (change the user's password and tried and is getting invalid username/password error) configured/added, how can we allow them to still login locally without going through SSO?

They would use the "https://instancename.service-now.com/side_door.do" URL which supports the local login method.

You can allow that by appending login.do at the end of your URL.
For example - https://<<instance_name>>.service-now.com/login.do
