I am trying to allow itil users to create standard change proposals. I added the acl for it, and the new button is still not showing up on the change proposal table. Can someone do guide me on what should i configure to let the itil users create proposals?
Regards
Ethan

Hi,
Please check the list controls as well.
Add 'itil' role along with change_manager
Also you may have to update more ACL's if 'itil' user get errors after clicking on new button.
Thanks

If ITIL role is not sufficient in list control - check the following:
- Go to Security Rules instead
- Find the one called std_change_proposal
- Add ITIL role here
I faced the same issue and had to add ITIL role both places.
