Approver didn't receive approval mail to his out look but email already sent to him

Hi Community,

The user has raised the following concern:

Please check where message for BSO approval for CHG0034847<javascript&colon;void(0)> went, and please resend it.
For some reason Tomasz doesn't have it in outlook inbox.

The approver, Tomasz, has confirmed that he did not receive the approval email in his Outlook inbox.

The approver has reached out to me requesting the approval email to be resent, as I am an admin in the production environment. However, upon reviewing the email logs, I can see that the approval notification was already sent successfully.

Kindly review the above and advise whether the approval email can be resent to the approver.
or please let me do you extra information on this

1. I don't see this user record in Bounce email address table
2. Yes, Notification is enable

Kindly review and advise whether we can send approval mail again to user
