Ariba Integration for Procurement Moudle / Asset Management

Does anyone have insight into integrating Ariba (Procurement of new assets; both hardware and software) directly into the ServiceNow Asset Management modules? How were you able to do it (CSV files or other means), what tables and fields were used for mapping, how did you handle the time lapse between date of purchase and date of receiving, etc...

Any input or advice will be greatly appreciated and helpful!

Take a look at Perspectium. Is this a bi-directional requirement or just one-way?

Were you able to successfully integrate Ariba with ServiceNow?   I have come across the same challenge within our organization with a need to integrate the two.   Would you be able to provide any direction on how you accomplished this if you have been successful in doing so?

Hi Joe,



We haven't pursued the integration any further   as of yet.   The question was just in preparation of doing the integration but has not been slotted with a specific date as of yet.   I will keep you posted once we do.
