assigned to field is not showing the members of assignment group when selected

in incident table when i am selecting a assignment group,the group members of that group does not autopopulate in assigned to reference window

Have you added the reference qualifer?

Yes is alright but that means the reference qualifier is not working. Have you debugged the script?

i had checked user table and group table too ,group table contains all members but in incident table if   i am selecting any group,no members are displayed in assigned to
