Hi,
I have a query that should allow me to query CSAT. In the dev URL it is working, should also work in prod which it does however for Requests the Assignment groups are missing in the view but in dev they show. Incidents are showing the assignment groups its the requests that are not in the prod environment:
Below screenshot for Dev:
In dev assignment groups are showing for Request and Incident. in dev for request, when I check the xml of request assignment group is there.
Below in Prod:
In Prod for Requests Assingment groups are showing as empty, however for Incident assignment group is populating.
when I check the xml of request record, assignment group is showing as empty, but for RITM assignment group is there.

In prod does your Req have assignment_group populated?
if not then it won't show

Usually customers don't use assignment group on REQ
it's your customer requirement why they didn't fill
You can discuss this with your customer.
