Cannot access Catalog Task (sc_task) variables as Data Pills in Flow Designer condition block

Hi everyone,
I am building a Service Catalog fulfillment flow in Flow Designer and am running into an issue referencing a specific variable inside an If condition block.
Context:
I have a Catalog variable that is excluded from the main request (RITM) form view.
Instead, this variable is filled out explicitly at the task level by the assignment group on a Create Catalog Task action.
The Issue:
Right after the task is completed, I need an If logic block to branch the workflow based on the value the agent selected in that variable.

However, when looking at the right-hand Data Panel under the Create Catalog Task section, the "Task Variables" dropdown is missing or not visible. Because of this, I cannot see or drag the variable data pill into my If condition row. If I try to use the initial "Get Catalog Variables" action pill, it does not capture the updated runtime value from the task.
How can I get Flow Designer to correctly expose variables from a Catalog Task action so they are accessible as data pills in subsequent condition blocks?
Any guidance or steps to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @ChaitnyaC ,

Can you try these

1. Make sure to add to selected variable(remove and add catalog to fetch latest variables), if this wouldn't work

2. Use flow variables > do walk and get the value for your if loop.

Hope it helps!

Hi @ChaitnyaC

Have you tried to add the step Get Catalog Variables again after the Task completion? Then the If block references to the variable from this step.

Best,
