You can change the format from the form designer by changing the application scope globally, but this is not recommended.

Set the password from the popup as per OOTB. You can also set and change the password on import.

You can try through the form layout or list view to unveil the hidden fields. Make sure you're in the global application scope

Hi @NaveenKumarSN

To unhide fields like the "Auto Number" checkbox in the Incident table or the password field for a new user, you can follow below steps.
Go to Form Layout and add the field.
And check for any UI Policies hiding the field.
Ensure no UI Policies or ACLs are hiding the field in UI Policies or Access Control.

Hi @NaveenKumarSN

Change the scope of the application to global and edit the auto number field.

Your current application scope is Quality kiosk Technologies Pvt Ltd. Change the scope to global by clicking the "here" in the popup information.

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
