I believe the autonumber scratch pad business rule is out-of-the-box (OOTB). Please open the autonumber scratch pad business rule and review the script carefully for any changes. If you don’t find any errors, check your update set to see if any modifications were made by you. Additionally, verify the update version of the scratch pad business rule to ensure it hasn’t been altered by someone else. If you still can’t find the issue, and if your update set allows it, you can back it out and start developing again from scratch.
