Auto Populating not working in platform view

Hello All, 

     I've a requirement to populate a List collector variable based on a selected reference variable related list records . I wrote a script include and onChange Client script to achieve this. This is working fine in Service Portal however not working on Platform view(Using TRY IT UI Action On record producer).

share the scripts please and not screenshots.

Please answer these questions

1) Also did you verify if script include got called when you tested from native?

2) what debugging did you do?

3) add some logs in script include, add some alert in client script

4) Are you sure the variable software_model is visible in native view when you "Try It"?

5) onChange is written on which variable

6) does it work with admin in both the views?
