I'm a relatively fresh Sys Admin who's been tasked with implementing an automated service calendar. The department receives a number of orders annually, with different due dates. They would like to create the orders with the different due dates once a year, and then have them create the Requests/RITM/SC Task when the due date is reached. For future iterations they would also like to be able to edit the entered due dates.
What would be the best approach for such a calendar, ideally without scripting?
Appreciate any advice.
