Automated description in catalog task to display catalog choice option using loop up record in flow

I want to display the catalog choice option based on user's selection on form's SCTASK description. I tried with look up record but it is displaying any random record and not what user has selected. There's one field in my form when user selects that the following fields displays the associated option from catalog choice option table. So this thing is I want to automate it in task description. I have uploaded the pictures below you can see the line I have highlighted is not the one user has selected from list.

The description of the problem needs more clarity.
When you say "display the catalog choice option", what does that even mean?
It appears from the 2nd screenshot that that is a custom table of some sort.
