automatically created save checklist template whenever specific Task is created

Hi there,

I want to create a saved template when a specific catalog item is created in Task level. I have checklist formatter tab in TASK. A couple of community suggested to create a BR but it is not working for me. 

We are on Vancouver release. 

Is it After or Befor BR? Is it Insert? And script is not working. 

Could someone suggest me? Thank you.
