Automation failure for access to a shared mailbox

Hi Team,

We are having automation for "Access to a shared mailbox" , but we are facing failure for these automation kindly find the variables being used.

We have two mandatory fields called " What is the name of the mailbox you require access to?" and "For what purpose do you require access?"

Following are the snapshots for the variables. We have used flow and PowerShell script to amend the request.
