background color in list

Hello, I have a question. I want it to appear in my record where the number has a red background when I  marked in the form TRUE in a red field.

But right now I don't see anything, no in the form and the record.
Does anyone know ?

@Yahav Mor  remove the quotes from true. You value field should look like the following.
