Hello all,

When looking at individual UR in SOW you get a Bad Request (400) error. If you click Refresh it just comes back and if you close the error you're able to continue with your work.

Steps we follow

1] Navigate to Service Operations Workspace.

2] Open List and open record of Universal Request.

3] Go to any window.

4] Go back to 2nd step record

5] We will get Bad request error(400)

6] it's just stay for 2 to 3 seconds and just close automatically.

Could you please help me with this issue?

Thanks!

I am also experiencing the same issue. I already put in a ticket though, waiting to see what SN says. I gather this must be due to the fact that it's not something that works with SOW. I see there's special plugins for each module (Incident Management for SOW, Change Management for SOW, Request Management with SOW, etc.) So I wonder if it's because we don't have a specific module that involves Universal Request module.

Hi @Gauri_Khole03 , did you raise a ticket? @Houston Vargas you had an answer? I've got same issue on my clients workspaces but not reproducible on my developer environment. I was also thinking the same, if something is missing, checked on my developer environments, I've activated most plugins (the universal_request and universal_request.awa), but I've absolutely no sys_ux_list for universal request in the system, so looks something is missing when we see --> https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-employee-service-management/page/product/universal-requ...
