Best Practices for Opening Future Change Requests

We have groups that create change requests in January for their monthly maintenance windows (Jan - Dec).  Does anyone know what the best practice would be for opening change request in advance?

Hi @Marchele 

You can use Flow Designer for this, where you can set the trigger. I wouldn’t recommend logging 12 changes in one big case, as the report will show overdue changes. It’s better to train a Flow Designer at the end of the month and raise the changes with a fixed short description and category. This will help with easier reporting. Alternatively, you could use the change model for these types of changes.
