Biometric Verification on Webassessor

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an issue with biometric verification on Webassessor. When I try to complete the biometric process, it shows "Waiting for permission." I have already clicked Allow when prompted, but the window keeps loading without progressing.

My internet connection is stable, and I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists. I have also attached a screenshot for reference.

There is no screenshot, but next to that: report it through Webassessor and if that isn't helping, through NowLearning. If you took the steps you needed to, the community isn't able to help you with issues on Webassessor.
