Client currently has custom functionality with Blackout Schedules to add "Approval Groups" and groups automatically added to approval workflow during the Authorized state.
(those groups have the approver role)
Client additionally wants to add USER approval in which ref to user table and ability for the Change Manager to add single user & then user automatically added to approval workflow during the Authorized state.
***My concern is obviously all users dont have the approver role and best practice is to stick with groups
Has anyone had this issue?
